The entryway sets a dramatic tone with bold wallpaper, a bronzed mirror, and rich textures that echo the home’s artful personality. In the formal living room, gallery-white walls and sculptural furnishings let the family's colorful art collection shine. Luxe materials like marble tables and custom upholstery add refined contrast and layered warmth.

Anchoring the heart of the first floor, the dining room balances sophistication with bold design. A custom table appears to float on a clear base, surrounded by sculptural chairs that are as beautiful as they are comfortable. Overhead, a cascading crystal chandelier adds drama, while sightlines to the stairwell’s family gallery wall and built-in bar make the space feel both intimate and dynamic.

The kitchen’s layout remained intact, but thoughtful updates bring new life to the space. Freshly painted cabinetry, added upper storage, and updated pendant lighting elevate the design. Black barstools and a neutral rug subtly echo the home’s darker accents, tying in details like the hardware and existing range hood for a cohesive, polished look.

The basement underwent a full transformation into a sophisticated, multi-functional retreat for adults. Below the stairs, a stunning, temperature controlled champagne wall showcases the family’s collection with elegant flair.

The main rec room was built out to feather a state-of-the-art golf simulator for year-round entertainment and a stylish bar area perfect for hosting friends and family. Through the fluted glass door beyond the glass sim, a dedicated home gym supports the family’s fitness goals, while a separate wellness room offers a serene escape with a sauna and cold plunge for ultimate relaxation and recovery.

Tucked between the kitchen and dining room, the family room acts as a cozy spot for everyday living, with existing built-ins that seamlessly tie into the home’s palette. Simply, only needing thoughtful styling to bring them to life. Just beyond, a custom gallery wall lines the stairwell, adding a personal and artful connection between floors that’s visible from multiple vantage points. Around the corner, the powder room becomes a jewel box moment, wrapped in playful wallpaper and finished with a sculptural mirror featuring rainbow tones and claw-like gold accents that echo the vanity’s warm metallic details.

The primary bedroom brings serious style and personality with ceiling beams that nod to the first floor’s design, adding warmth and wow-factor. Soft, sky-inspired wallpaper creates a serene backdrop, complemented by luxurious bedding and bespoke furnishings with unique touches, like tigress-adorned ottomans and lush oversized plants. The centerpiece is the chandelier—a layered brass sculpture that casts captivating light patterns across the ceiling. Bringing an unexpected blend of artistry and modern design that truly elevates the space.

The primary bathroom is a serene yet striking space, anchored by lush wallpaper featuring an elegant oriental landscape. Black-accented light fixtures, textured black-framed mirrors, and coordinating accessories create a cohesive, sophisticated contrast that ties the design together with depth.

The child’s bedroom is fun and imaginative, featuring bold colors and smart storage solutions designed to grow with its occupant’s needs. Upstairs, the third floor is dedicated to a stylish and functional home office, featuring custom furnishings, generous storage, and inspiring décor that together create a personalized and productive workspace.
