From Mid-Construction to Reimagined Potential
When we were first introduced to this home, it was far from finished. The condo had previously been under a full renovation, but work was halted mid-construction, leaving behind a raw space that made it difficult for future buyers to see its full potential.
That’s when Ryan and Maggie reached out to us. They saw beyond the bare walls and construction materials, and knew that with the right design vision, this residence could truly shine. Our team was brought in to reimagine the space from the ground up, developing a full design concept that would help prospective buyers visualize what this home could become.

The result is a series of 3D renderings that bring the space to life. Designed with a modern, elevated aesthetic, the home embraces Chicago’s skyline views while making thoughtful use of every square foot.
